We recently delivered a hands-on training session on the newly developed Construction Project Management System (CPMS), jointly developed by the #Ministry_of_Health and HABTech Solutions, for the Ministry’s Infrastructure team.
The platform is designed to support the planning, monitoring, and management of health facility construction projects through a centralized digital system. During the session, stakeholders and project teams explored the platform’s core workflows and gained practical experience to effectively manage projects digitally.
As health infrastructure projects continue to expand nationwide, CPMS will play an important role in improving transparency, coordination, and project oversight.
