Today’s sessions brought DHIS2 front and center, diving deep into its evolution, its journey in Ethiopia, and most importantly, the voices of the people building and using it every day.
What stood out most? A room full of practitioners openly sharing their hopes and expectations for where DHIS2 is headed. That kind of honest, forward-looking conversation is exactly what drives real progress.
For the HABTech Solutions team, today felt especially meaningful. We had the privilege of presenting the “MESKOT Data Quality Application for DHIS2”; a tool born out of a genuine need to strengthen how health data is collected, validated, and used to make decisions that matter.
We also joined a panel alongside incredible stakeholders from across the digital health ecosystem, exchanging perspectives, learning from each other, and reinforcing something we deeply believe: “no single organization transforms a health system alone.”
Days like this remind us why this work matters. Ethiopia’s digital health journey is gaining real momentum, and we’re proud to be part of it, contributing not just tools, but a shared commitment to better data, better systems, and ultimately, better health outcomes.
