#Today, something we’ve worked toward for a long time became #real — the official launch of the #ADIN_Ethiopian_Blood_Information_System (#AEBIS), a #national platform that connects every stage of Ethiopia’s blood services, from the moment someone decides to donate to the moment a patient receives care.
What made today #special was the partnership behind it. Our heartfelt thanks to the Ethiopian Ministry of Health for its support, and to the Ethiopian Blood and Tissue Bank Service (#EBTBS) for its leadership, vision, and close collaboration throughout. At HABTech Solutions, we’re honored to have built AEBIS and shaped it to fit the Ethiopian context. This launch belongs to everyone who helped bring it to life.
Running across #web, #mobile, and #tablet, AEBIS brings #donation, #processing, #testing, #distribution, and #transfusion services together in one connected system. At its heart are two apps: #Adagn (#አዳኝ) — “the one who saves a life” — for donors, and #Adin (#አድን), for the staff who keep blood services running.
Most of all, we’re proud to have contributed to a #national_initiative that can strengthen how blood is managed and help save lives across Ethiopia. We’re especially honored to have been recognized by EBTBS for our technical work and localization — a reflection of our whole team’s dedication.
From donor to patient — every drop connected, every unit traceable.
#Proud moment for the Ministry of Health #Proud moment for the Ethiopian Blood and Tissue Bank Service #Proud moment for every donor and patient #Proud moment for every donor and patient #Proud moment for HABTech Solutions
